Refund And Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, standard return and refund policies do not apply. Please read our guidelines below carefully.

1 Non-Refundable Items
Once an e-book has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final. We cannot issue refunds or accept cancellations for digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed.

2 Exceptions for Refunds
We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement file under the following strict conditions:

  • Corrupted File: The e-book file is corrupted, completely unreadable, or defective, and our technical support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same e-book twice within a 24-hour period.
  • Non-Delivery: The download link was never generated, the email was never sent, and the book was not added to your account, AND you notify us before any download attempt is logged.

3 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions, please email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots (e.g., error messages)

4 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (Mobile Money or Bank Card) within 3-5 business days.
